Our digital job fairs connect international skilled professionals with companies in Germany. Together with our regional partners, we create access to suitable employment opportunities and make it easier for professionals to enter the German labour market.

Why job fairs?

The core of our work is advising international skilled professionals on the recognition of their qualifications. This gives us a deep understanding of their skills, expectations, and needs. At the same time, our regional partners are closely connected to the local labor market and know exactly what companies require from potential employees. By combining this expertise, our digital job fairs offer an effective format that brings both sides together.

 

  • Targeted pre‑selection: ProRecognition identifies suitable candidates and reviews their qualifications and language skills in advance
  • Professional guidance: Our advisors support both skilled professionals and companies throughout the entire recognition and migration process
  • Less effort, higher rate of success: The preliminary screening ensures a significantly higher proportion of suitable candidates
  • Direct exchange: Companies meet several qualified skilled professionals in a short amount of time

 

Who Can Participate?
  • Skilled professionals with a recognized or potentially recognizable vocational qualification, at least B1 language proficiency, and prior consultation with the responsible ProRecognition advisory office at the AHKs
  • Companies genuinely interested in employing international professionals and located within the region of the cooperating Welcome Center

 

Which Sectors?

Each event focuses on a specific occupational group. The selection is made jointly with the Welcome Center and is based on the concrete workforce needs of local companies.

Success through collaboration

Since 2022, our job fairs have successfully connected companies with international skilled professionals: Through ten events, 91 confirmed job placements have already been achieved. This success is made possible by ProRecognition’s targeted pre‑selection and the close cooperation with regional Welcome Centers.
